Cook has served as President for Craig Tribal Association President, the federal recognized tribe for Craig, Alaska. He also serves on the Tlingit Haida Regional Housing Authority board and HYFC (need to full name). He is a Certified Petroleum Technician with years of experience working in the heating and construction industry.
