Jasmine Knudson is the Tlingit & Haida 2025-2026 Emerging Leader. The position is part of the Executive Council and was created to enhance the leadership skills of tribal citizen youth. The position provides young adults with opportunities to acquire important knowledge about Tlingit & Haida, its processes and organizational structure, and valuable hands-on leadership experience.

In April 2025, Jasmine was also named the Youth Ambassador for the Tlingit & Haida Washington Chapter, reflecting her growing leadership and dedication to her community.

Jasmine is Tlingit, Yeíl (Raven), of the L’eeneidí (Dog Salmon) clan.
