Join us as we gather to honor those who have served the military. Tlingit & Haida will hold a special gathering at Veterans Memorial Park, 320 W. Willoughby Ave. in Juneau.

This special gathering recognizes the strength, service, and dedication of our Native veterans and community. The renovated park along with a new replicated totem pole honoring our veterans is a great memorial to all those who served and protected Haa Aaní | Íitl’ Tlagáa | Na Yuubm: Our Land.

We are honored to witness the raising of this powerful carving by Veteran & Master Carver Jon Rowan (Too’yeek | Yanis’kit | Waak’nas).
