During the darker months, lower sunlight can affect our mood, Vitamin D levels, and sleep cycles. There are ways to support your well-being:

  • Light Therapy – Bright light each day can help prevent symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
  • Exercise – Physical activity boosts serotonin and endorphins, naturally lifting your mood.
  • Healthy Habits – Nutritious foods, regular checkups, and mindfulness or meditation can help manage winter blues.
