At T&H Elder Connection, we believe our Elders are the heart of our community. They are the keepers of our history, the teachers of our traditions, and the foundation of our future.
Our program was created to ensure that as our Tribal Citizens age, they remain active, honored, and deeply connected to their culture and one another. We aren’t just a service provider; we are a gathering place where heritage is celebrated every day.
Why We Do What We Do
We recognize that wellness is more than just physical health—it is the strength we find in sharing a meal, the joy of a traditional dance, and the comfort of being among peers who understand our shared journey. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to:
- Honor Traditional Knowledge: By creating spaces for Tlingit dance and cultural arts.
- Support Independence: By connecting families and caregivers with the resources they need to thrive at home.
- Build Community: By providing space and opportunities to come together.
- Whether you are joining us for a game of Bingo, a nutritious lunch, or simply a cup of coffee and a conversation, you belong here.
