The nomination period for Tlingit & Haida’s Elections has closed, and the Certified Candidates Report has been published on the Tribe’s Elections webpage.
The report confirms 192 tribal citizens have declared their candidacy for Delegate and/or Community Council member.
Voting Information
Participation in tribal elections is an important responsibility of tribal citizens. By voting, tribal citizens can help shape the future of the Tribe and ensure their community is represented in the governance of Tlingit & Haida.
Elections will be conducted through secure electronic balloting. Ballot information, including each voter’s Elector ID and password, will be mailed on February 20, 2026 to all eligible tribal citizens who are registered to a community and have a mailing address on file.
