Wayfinders

The Wayfinders program supports Native youth grades 9-12 as they navigate the transition from adolescence to adulthood. This relationship-based prevention and early intervention program uses a holistic, trauma-informed approach to foster cultural connectedness, teach critical life skills, and provide academic support and leadership opportunities in a safe and engaging environment.

Staff work closely with schools and partner agencies to connect students and their families with resources. Youth enrolled in the program participate in both group and individual activities that help them grow and thrive during this crucial life stage.
